Our ensuite room was full of mould (especially in the bathroom, but even some objects in the bedroom) and the bathroom stank like canal (smell coming from the drain). The kitchen is also a real dirty mess, to the extent that it was gross. I was not going to cook there. The staff offered to do something against the smell but too many problems would have remained, for me and my partner. We left after one night (out of two booked nights). They also offered us another ensuite, but I was over it.

I arrived to the hostel, it took the front desk 20 min, to open the hostels door. ( he seemed very drunk or high on something) . They could not find my reservation, and my bedroom wasn’t even ready, when I had arrived around 6:30pm. They told me to wait for it to be ready, and when I walked in the bedroom, there was a bed that had been made. The bathrooms sink was full beach sand.
