Worst experience ever! I let the hostel know when I would be arriving but when I arrived there was no one around to open the front door. I rang the doorbell many times and even texted and called both WhatsApp #s they posted by the door but still no answer. I even walked to the Cantina they suggest going to if there is no answer and even the woman there wasn’t able to help me get in. I waited an hour in the intense heat outside before giving up and booking another place for the night. TERRIBLE!

This is a really nice hostel, with lovely staff, who helped us book a tour to the canyon. The rooms and the common areas are lovely, with a nice terrace outside. The location feels really safe and they had great restaurant recommendations for nearby. Definitely think this hostel is worth the price and they went above and beyond to help us - we had a great time staying here!
