The location of this hostel is awesome. Super idyllic beachfront property. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Worth staying at if you are in the Bentota area.

The beach is so close it’s amazing, the food was nice, the people as well. The things in the room were old and disgusting though. When I saw the pillows I almost got sick… according to the owner he just opened it not long ago but the pillows were extremely old and disgusting though, like really disgusting. Lucky I saw it at the end otherwise I could not sleep on them.

I loved it here!! Such an amazing spot right on the beach that’s perfect for swimming. We had a fantastic curry dinner at a table set up in the sand. The staff were so friendly and nice to talk to. My only fault is the female dorm room gets a lot of road noise, mosquitos, and you can hear almost everything from the room next door. It was super hot at night too! Other than my rough sleep, it was my favorite hostel in Sri Lanka.
