It's an alright place. The primary common area is too small and doesn't have a restroom, and the only restroom is beyond the quiet area in the dorms. So you have to go quite far and take off your shoes to go to the bathroom. No security box in the capsule, and locker outside of the opposite door as the showers means you have to run back and forth to shower and change every time. The layout leaves a lot to be desired. That said the location is great, and the keep it very clean.

The best location! You walk out and you are a couple of streets down from the running man billboard. The staff were lovely and you get a tote bag to borrow which was a perfect touch to take your toiletries with you. The capsule bed felt like you had your own space. Not really social but that may have been just our experience. The bathrooms are clean and there is another space to keep your suitcase and your own locker. Your key card is on a lanyard which was such a useful touch. Highly recommend!

Clean, spacious sleeping pods (as long as you're not super tall!), very good bathroom facilities with lots of clean showers, toilets and sinks. Staff were polite and helpful. Not a particularly sociable atmosphere, and I didn't have easy access to my large luggage - there isn't much storage actually next to the pods. However, the location is fantastic, and overall, this is a very good accommodation option for central Osaka.
