Absolute disgrace. Very bad security, felt very unsafe. Very unhelpful and unapologetic staff, very difficult hostel to deal with, would rate 0 star if possible, I told other travellers to avoid this hostel at all costs

Arrived after dark, payed online, told them we would be arriving a bit later and got codes for entrance but couldn’t find the place and everything on the street was boarded up except one door that we think was the entrance. Only catch is this door had no key code or anything saying it was boga hostel. Slept at the airport and would recommend that over this place. Basically they took our money and ran. Seeing as we didn’t even stay there would give a 0 if possible.

Overall rating is honestly 0 stars. Staff were extremely. extremely. rude. When I arrived at the hostel, I couldn't even tell I was in the right place since there was zero signage or any way to tell at all where the entrance was. I only knew I was in the right place because I asked someone leaving the building. There's also two hostels in this building with Boga on the 3rd floor. So I logged into the wifi in the building and that's when I received the message that the hostel cancelled my reservation with ze
