A quiet and welcoming guesthouse, perfect for those looking for a relaxed environment away from mass tourism or city noise. Just 10 minutes from the airport, in a convenient location for exploring the south of the island. We value tranquility and mutual respect, welcoming travelers who enjoy making new friends, working online, or simply immersing themselves in nature and silence. No party hostel.

We are 5 minutes from the highway, with supermarkets nearby and shuttle connections to Vecindario and the main bus lines. However, if you plan to go hiking or explore beyond the tourist areas, we highly recommend renting a car. There are also three traditional Canarian restaurants within walking distance.

We offer:
A mixed dormitory
A female-only dormitory
Four private rooms
All rooms are provided with sheets, blankets, towels, a personal shower mat, and a fan. Some rooms also have a desk.

Common areas and amenities:
Two shared bathrooms with hot showers and hairdryers, we provide a shower gel.
Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, pans, and cooking utensils. Each guest has their own personal set of plates and glasses.
Indoor relaxation areas and two outdoor spaces with sofas and tables
Books and guitars available for guests
Smoking is allowed only outdoors
There are two cats living in the garden (and two dogs in a private area). This accommodation is not recommended for those who are allergic to or uncomfortable around animals.
Please note that there is a school next, which may be slightly noisy on some mornings.

Quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests may use the garden and kitchen during these hours, but quietly and respectfully.

Booking Policies:
Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, the first night will be charged.
Check-in: from 3:00 PM with keybox.
Check-out: before 11:00 AM

Payment upon arrival in cash, PayPal or bank transfer.

Reception: 11 AM to 21 PM
