Lovely homestay! Amy was really nice and welcoming. + Staff + Dorms and bathroom were really clean + Location is in a really quiet place + The homestay is also a school for children, Amy is a teacher. Children were so cute! - Not the most social atmosphere (but it was the low season), but recommended if you seek calm

Extremely clean and quiet. Lovely people. English school where you can chat to the kids. Great facilities. The town had just flooded when I visited so there were some ants but that normal apparently and they were very proactive in moving me to another room when I complained. Note though that the location is in the outer centre of town so you have to walk about 30 minutes to the main restaurant street and need to get a Grab to the tourist sites. Didn’t bother me though

A 20 min. ride from Tam Coc. Very clean rooms and bathroom. Nice staff. Overall a fine stay.
