Our spacious 8-bed, 6-bed, and 4-bed dorms, along with private balcony rooms, provide stunning river views, ensuring every morning starts with serenity. The indoor common area, adorned with traditional charpois and wall-mounted bookshelves, fosters a warm and welcoming atmosphere for travelers to relax and connect.

The 3rd-floor terrace, with its peacock chairs and hammocks, is a perfect spot to soak in the breathtaking Himalayan backdrop. Our dining space, featuring a glass deck, serves as a vibrant social hub where guests can enjoy soulful performances or unwind with a cup of chai. The Hosteller is a chain of backpacker hostels and is well suited for young backpacking travellers. As a brand, we do not recommend families and do not allow all those below 18 years of age to stay with us, nor do we allow admission of kids or infants under 18 years old, even if travelling with legal guardians.

The Hosteller's Unbox Cafe serves vegetarian options. To maintain the backpacking culture and community spirit we promote self service in all our cafes.
Cafe Timing : 9 AM - 2 PM and 6 PM - 11 PM. Café timings may vary. Please refer to the Glu app for more details.

Parking is not available at our property however, paid parking is available just 200 meters from the property.

Guests with local IDs are not allowed.

Discount coupons will not be applicable if the guest requests an upgrade.

The hostel is pet-friendly. However, pets are allowed in private rooms only. Pets are strictly not allowed in the dorms. Any damages, in case, incurred during the stay shall be attributable to the pet owners.

No curfew.

Specific policies may apply to different hostels under the brand at specific times of the year and the same shall be communicated at the time of check-in.

The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time before the arrival date for the reservation confirmation, in case the guest fails to make the prepayment the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Payment modes accepted at our hostels: Debit card, Credit card and UPIs.

Room charges are exclusive of taxes. Taxes not included, for a room below 7500 INR per night, there will be 5% taxes applied; for a room over 7500 INR per night, there will be an extra 18% taxes fee applied.

The guest can avail of an extra mattress at the time of check-in. Extra mattress is subject to availability.

In case the traveller arrives earlier than the check-in time, the guest can hang out in the common area/cafe until check-in time. (However, if the guests are arriving as early as 5:30-6 AM, it is highly recommended to book a bed for the previous night to ensure a good night's sleep).

Late check-out can be available on prior request and is subject to availability.

Travellers can keep the luggage, post check out, at the hostel's cloakroom, in case of late departure from respective cities.

We cannot guarantee accommodation in the same dorm room in the case of 3 or 4 people travelling together. Allocation of a room in a specific private room category may vary depending on availability. That will strictly be subject to availability until the time of check-in.

We provide lockers in the dormitories only. Every bed has an attached locker for guests to keep their valuables. It is advised that you carry a lock for the locker if needed. However, availing a padlock from the reception will be subject to availability and at an additional cost. It is advised that you carry a lock.

Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hostel or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the hostel, the hostel reserves the right to take action against the guest. Rest assured, proper investigations will be undertaken by the administration to ensure that the affair is dealt with in complete fairness.

All cancellations, if informed 7 days prior to the check-in date, shall be eligible for a 100% refund. In case cancellations happen within 7 days of the check-in date, there wouldn't be ANY refund and will attract 100% cancellation charges. If the guest doesn't show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Non- Refundable bookings are not eligible for any refund in case of cancellation at any time.

If the guest wishes to extend their stay at any hostel then availing a reservation will be subject to availability.

The room would be provided at the ongoing rates on the website and not as per the rates at which the previous booking was made.

Hostel management shall not be held responsible for any loss of luggage or personal belongings. Guests shall make sure not to leave their belongings unattended at all times.

Cafe timings and availability differ from one location to another, the guests can refer our official website for the same.

Cafe operations are seasonal, the same can be confirmed with the hostel reception at the time of check-in.

Meals aren't included in the room tariff and it can be availed on a-la-carte basis at our in-house cafes.

Drugs/Substance/Alcohol abuse is STRICTLY prohibited at all our hostels. In case anyone is found possessing or consuming drugs/alcohol during their stay, strict action shall be taken against him/her and the person would be asked to vacate the hostel immediately and would be blacklisted from staying at our hostels forever.

All our hostels have dedicated smoking areas. Smoking inside the dorms is strictly prohibited.

The guest shall be deemed unfit to continue any further at any of our hostels in case of drug abuse, non-adherence of guest and booking policies, misbehavior (Physical/mental/verbal or in any kind), theft, personal hygiene, vandalism, trespassing, non-payment/delay in payment of dues, other guest inconveniences or any such unwarranted actions. In all such cases, the guest shall be asked to vacate the premises immediately without any refunds.

Power backup is available at the property.

In order to keep our accommodation costs as affordable as possible for all guests, we have adopted a pay-as-you-go system for certain amenities, such as locks, bath kits, and towels. By offering these items on a chargeable basis, we can maintain lower base prices for our rooms, making our hostel accessible to budget-conscious travellers. We understand that different travellers have different preferences and requirements, so we aim to provide flexibility in our offerings.

The hostel management reserves all rights to approve late checkout requests based on room availability.

Outside food is strictly prohibited inside the hostel.

Any form of misconduct towards fellow travellers, whether male or female, will result in immediate check-out. This includes verbal abuse, harassment, physical intimidation, or any inappropriate behavior that affects the comfort and safety of others
