House Rules:
**Terms and Conditions for NikunjDorme Hostel:**

1. **Reservation and Payment**:
- Reservations can be made online or by contacting the hostel directly.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
- Payments can be made via UPI or bank transfer.

2. **Check-In and Check-Out**:
- Check-in time is from 11:00 AM onwards.
- Check-out time is until 09:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. **Cancellation Policy**:
- Cancellations made more than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay.

4. **Guest Responsibilities**:
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.
- Any damage caused to hostel property by guests will be charged to the guest's account.
- Guests must adhere to hostel rules and regulations regarding noise levels, smoking, and behavior.

5. **Security**:
- The hostel provides secure keycard access to rooms and common areas.
- Guests are advised to keep their room keys safe and not to share them with others.
- The hostel is equipped with CCTV cameras for the safety and security of guests and their belongings.

6. **Facilities and Amenities**:
- Guests have access to common areas, including the lounge, kitchen, and outdoor spaces.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hostel.
- Breakfast may be included in some room rates, as specified during booking.

7. **Additional Charges**:

- Charges for any additional services availed of during the stay will be added to the guest's account.

8. **Liability**:
- The hostel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by guests during their stay, except where required by law.
