I was honestly a bit dissapointed to the hostel. My friend got stolen his neckpillow form the luggage storage room, and my bike rental helmet got stolen from the parking area. The hostel was a bit dirty, the toilets and rooms. Beds were nice and private. And the pool / yard area is nice and spacious. Didn’t get the friendliness from the staff either that you almost get used to in the Philippines! But I understand it’s busy big hostel with many people.

General runnings of the hostel need to be improved Toilets are more often than not out of paper, walls leak during rainstorms, room was filled with mosquitos during the day Asked for a towel 5 times across 3 days before they had any available (after waiting the 3 days before you’re allowed a new one) NO COMMON AREA, you are not allowed to lie down in the restaurant seat area or sometimes even sit there if you don’t order food from them.
