Welcome to Yellow Hostel Porto, (By Doors hostel - Porto)! To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to follow the rules and guidelines below:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the arrival date.

In case of late cancellation or no-show, the first night of the stay will be charged.

The property will charge you for the first night of your stay as soon as your booking is confirmed, in case of cancellation within the Free Cancellation period, the amount will be refunded.

To guarantee the reservation, it is mandatory to provide:

Card security code (CVC).

Mobile number with WhatsApp.

**If any of these details are missing, the hostel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.**

Hostellilla on loistava sijainti, josta on helppo pääsy julkisilla liikennevälineillä ja lähellä kaupungin keskustaa. Puhtaus on vahva valtti, huoneet ja liinavaatteet ovat erittäin puhtaita. Se sopii hyvin yksin matkustaville ja pariskunnille, jotka etsivät mukavaa ja sosiaalista kokemusta.

Everything was great. The hostel is good for what you pay. The Boavista neighborhood where it's located is quiet and pleasant, and there is transport to the city center. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. All beds have a small shelf, a personal light and a plug. There are personal security lockers in the rooms. I stayed at the female-only 4-bed room. Its a bit narrow but everything was ok and the girls were respectful of the quiet hours. There's also a kitchen and a pleasant patio.

I was only asked to provide my arrival time just before my flight. It turned out that the reception was closed at that moment, around 6 PM, so I had to make the final payment immediately. The account number provided was incorrect, causing a lot of stress right before my flight. Upon arriving at the hostel, it turned out I was sleeping in an attic room, with a separate door leading up a staircase where there were two rooms. I did not feel safe. The bathroom was old and not really clean.

Really good hostel, I did the self checkin as I landed late and the instructions were very clear. the staff was kind and the quiet hours were respected.
