We have everything ready to welcome you... We're located right in the heart of downtown Asunción.
Mandioca offers a super relaxed and fun atmosphere where you can feel right at home!

We have shared rooms for 8 and 12 people with extra-wide twin beds just for you!!!
Private rooms with king-size beds, and all spaces are air-conditioned. We offer free Wi-Fi internet access.

You can spend time watching movies or playing with the game consoles!!!
A fully equipped living room with comfortable sofas to relax.
Garden patio with a pool.
Reception area where we welcome you and provide tourist guides so you don't miss anything in the city of Asunción.

We also have a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerators, blender, toaster, gas stove, microwave, dishes.
An amazing grill area to share great moments.
Wood-fired oven.
Outdoor BBQ area (quincho).

And of course, the game area:

Mandioca Hostel Asunciónissa tarjoaa kutsuvan ilmapiirin ystävällisen ja avuliaan henkilökunnan kera, jota kehutaan poikkeuksellisesta palvelusta. Vieraat arvostavat mukavia sänkyjä, siistejä huoneita ja hyvää sijaintia, mikä tekee siitä ihanteellisen yksin matkustaville ja rentouttavaa oleskelua etsiville. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend. One of my least favourite hostels in my 10 months trip. I checked in and they gave me a bed that wasn’t made and said when I return they’d make it. Returned at midnight and my bed wasn’t made and every other bed in that room had no sheets on it. Told the front desk and the man got upset and begun swearing in frustration that no one cleaned the bed. Ended up switching rooms and he made the bed. Found out a mouse got into my bag, disgusting.

Absolutely fantastic hostel in Asunción. Spent a week here in a private room. Huge comfortable bed, hot shower, nice facilities. (Laundry service is great!) But the best part is the staff. Rafa, Esteban and everyone else are so awesome. They make you feel like home. Mama Coco, the hostel cat, was often caught sleeping on the job, but she’s so adorable you will forgive her :)

Great hostel in the older part of the city. Super clean with staff constantly tidying bathrooms and fresh linen. Friendly team makes you feel welcome in a relaxed vibe. Safe area even though it’s in the old town. Comfy large beds with curtains, pool table, and an awesome asado. Close to the river for walks and downtown. My friend who usually stays elsewhere loved it too. Highly recommend!
