Nearby attractions include Lost Souls Alley, St. Mary's Basilica, and Wawel Royal Castle, all within walking distance. The hostel is also just 600 meters from the city center and an 11-minute walk from the National Museum of Krakow.

The hostel offers rooms with shared bathrooms equipped with showers and free toiletries, as well as free Wi-Fi. Some rooms feature city views, and all accommodations include bed linens and access to a shared kitchen.

FiveHostel Krakovassa saa kiitosta erinomaisesta sijainnistaan ja siisteydestään. Vieraat arvostivat mukavia yksityishuoneita ja hyvin varusteltua keittiötä. The stairs to ;the hostel are a drawback especially when you have a lot of luggage. You have to read instructions carefully to get in and I don’t have a smartphone only an iPad which was in my suitcase. I was told the hostel is on the ground floor which isn’t the case. It was a nightmare getting in.

I had a terrible experience at this hostel. The staff were unresponsive to calls and texts and I was not able to get in on the first night of my stay. I never interacted with a worker and have no idea how I was expected to find out the codes, given that they only gave them to me on the second day of my stay after repeated calling and texting. Do not stay at this hostel.
