La Casa de la Langosta

La casa de la Langosta is a beach front Hostel, located in Mahahual, Mexico.

We have rooms with private bathrooms, with shared spaces such as kitchen, terraces, beach and lounge chairs. We also offer Lobster, Crab, Fish, Ceviches, snorkeling, kayaks, and fishing services.

We also offer camping and camper parking in front of the beach.

To get to our hostel, you can take a van ($130 mxn) from Chetumal (the nearest airport). From Tulum you can take the ADO service, with several daily departures and also, travellers have the option to take the modern Mayan Train to Limones station, only 30 minutes from Mahahual. From the town of Mahahual, you can take a taxi ($30 mxn) to our hostel. You can also walk a distance of about 1.2 km along the boardwalk and enjoy the breeze.

Cancellation Policy: 3 days before arrival.In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
