Our little place of Peace in Oaxaca:

Iguana Co-living - Located under big trees and hidden away from the noisy streets of Oaxaca is the new space for short to medium stays in central Oaxaca city.

Only four blocks from the church Santa Domingo and the center pedestrian street and near the main bus station the location it perfect for getting to know the bustling city of Oaxaca.

We have four private cabins each with their own bathroom that share a kitchen garden area.

The Cabins are connected to the Café bar Wombat and have access to the swimming pool and airconditioned co-working areas.

Each room has its own bathroom, linen and space for bags and a little work. The rooms are protected from the direct sun and out of the rain they also have mosquito nets on their windows.

Iguana Coliving Policy and Condition:

Cancellation policy: 2 day(s) before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check-in from 15:00 PM to 00:00 PM
Check-out before 12:00 PM

Payment upon arrival by cash
Taxes included.
Breakfast not included.

General:
No curfew
Pets are allowed for an extra fee of 200mxn per day
Children allowed: 1 to 18 years old.
Smoking is allowed in designated areas.
