The reception staff were very helpful, giving us activity and food recommendations across the city. No deposit required for the lockers and towels, however the towels were very small and lockers couldn’t be locked. The location was perfect with the majority of things we wanted to do only being a walk away. The price is very good, overall would definitely recommend this hostel

Overall, the hostel room was clean - the staff were nice. It’s quite modern and the location is great! You get free towels for your stay. The AC in our room wasn’t working properly. There was one Vietnamese guy staying in my room which was disabled. He asked every backpacker for money or to do things for him. I didn’t feel comfortable being in a room with him. He was very weird and too much. Other backpackers haven’t felt comfortable too because of him during their stay. Be careful.
