PAYMENT: Cash or credit card accepted
Payment for your stay is required at check-in, either in cash or by credit card. A 8% service fee applies to credit card payments. Prices include taxes. Age Policy: Guests under 14 years old are not permitted. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Free up to 72 hours before arrival
Late cancellations: First-night charge + 5% processing fee.
No-shows: Full stay charged + 5% processing fee.
Same-day cancellations: Charged for arrival night + next night.

MEALS:
Breakfast Included: 3 options - El Tipico (authentic nicaragua egg breakfast), Granola bowl
dinner included: Different dinner every nights and one Pizza night every week made in a wood oven.

SURFBOARD RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1- Responsibility – The renter is fully responsible for the surfboard during the rental period. Any damage, loss, or theft will be charged accordingly.
2- Inspection – A staff member and the renter will inspect the board before and after use. Pre-existing damages will not be charged.
3- Damage & Fees:
- Minor damages: Repair fees apply.
- Medium damages (cracks, fins boxes, fins): Repair costs will be charged
- Major damages (Broken board, snap board): Replacement costs will be charged
- Lost/stolen boards: Full replacement cost applies.
4- By accepting the terms and conditions of Free Spirit Hostel Nicaragua, the renter authorizes Free Spirit Hostel to charge any repair/replacement fees to their
payment method.
5- Proper Use:
- Surf responsibly and avoid conditions beyond your skill level.
- Do not leave the board unattended.
6- Liability Waiver – Free Spirit Hostel is not responsible for injuries or accidents. Travel insurance covering water sports is recommended.
