Happy Elephant Bungalow

Warm welcome to Mondulkiri!

We are Happy Elephant Bungalow, a family-run hostel managed by Cambodians.

Situated in the city center of Sen Monorom (Mondulkiri’s main town), we have a big garden that will make you feel immersed in nature—a true disconnection from busy city life—while staying close to all town facilities.

Our big common space is the perfect spot to chill after jungle trekkings or elephant tours (we partner with a local agency for the best experiences).
Relax in hammocks, play pool, and sip a cold beer while sharing stories with us (watch out—we’re pros at pool!).

We have our own kitchen: enjoy traditional Khmer cuisine and taste our delicious avocados (picked fresh from our garden).

Our bungalows are simple but well equipped: mosquito nets keep vampires at bay, hot showers ensure you stay warm, and private balconies overlooking the garden make your stay truly pleasant.

We offer pick-up and drop-off service from the bus station!
