Penzance is an excellent base for exploring the local area and it is the departure point for sailings to the Isles of Scilly. Visit St Ives or Sennen Cove, try surfing or just relax on some of Europe?s finest beaches.

Great location in a quiet area and excellent facilities. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Supersoft towels for hire. Self catering kitchen with plenty of ovens, microwaves etc.

Good points: The hostel is clean, shared areas are tidy. The stuff is friendly and welcoming. Bad points: The location is not great, it's quite away from the town center. The buillding is very tired, smelly carpets everywhere. The smell of the oldness is present everywhere in the building. The price for a private room is expensive for what you get. No towels are provided so we had to use our beach towels.
