We are a Family Hostel with a family atmosphere. Our mission here is to make the guest feel himself at his own home.
Guests have 24hs access to the hostel with a door key. HOWEVER, We have a silent hour between 00hs - 08hs.
Reception hours: from 08hs until 00hs. ATTENTION: check-ins after midnight will be charged A 10 extra fee.
FREE BREAKFAST: starts from 08hs until 13hs.
We will charge the first night of your stay in advance in order to confirm your booking.
If the payment is invalid, we will reach out to you by email.
Without an answer from your side, we can't guarantee your booking.
Please, confirm your arrival time in order to confirm your reservation. ATTENTION: IF YOU DON'T SEND A MESSAGE CONFIRMING YOUR ARRIVAL TIME AT LEAST TWO DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL DATE YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED.
Cancellation Policies::
Free cancellations: 3 days before the arrival day.
Cancellations between 3 days until arrival day: Will be charged one night.
No-Shows: Will be charged for two nights.
