Nobody was there when I showed up, but they blamed it on being down season, even though the ad says 24 hr reception. Had to find another hotel to bum out in for an hour or so. When I got there, I got charged extra even though I already paid a bit through the app, and they said I didn't reserve a room with AC, even though I had receipts. I was the only one staying there so I can't comment on any vibes. I feel like I paid a bit more for avg. Nonetheless, the worker was super friendly and kind.

Got this as a last minute room to stay over to do a safari the next day. The room was basic but fulfilled its purpose for a short stay. The staff were also friendly too. The location of the hotel was its main advantage, as it was right next to the food hall where we were getting picked up for the safari, so we were very near and had lots of food choices.
