I was unable to inform the staff before I checked out b/c I abandoned my room quite quickly for a nearby hotel after realizing it had bedbugs (One of the top floor rooms. Woke up with bites, after checking found telltale rust stains on the mattress) Would have informed them via email, but there is option to contact them this way The other unfortunate aspect of the hostel is the noise, which I was prepared for after seeing note of it in other comments, but it was so much worse than expected

The hostel is directly in the lovely area of Izmir. We had a top floor room with a terrace. The room was small but adequate only there should be more places to hang up things like towels. The bed was very comfy. The building is facing a night club which plays loud music on Tue, Thur, Fri and Sat until 01.00. The whole area is full of pubs and restaurants and has a great vibe. The guy who runs the place and who is a uni student was very kind and eager to help. We had a very pleasant stay.

Our room was cool, quiet and clean, with a comfy bed and a good shower. WiFi works well. The owner and host was very friendly, helpful and easy-going.
