All reservations must provide a functioning whatsapp number and a precise arrival time. Please whatsapp message us (number provided by HW ending in 771) to let us know details and you will be sent precise arrival maps and on-call assistance for your stay. The number is provided by Hostelworld and failure to do so may result in a cancelled non refunded reservation.

Please be sure to read all the policies and conditions on our Hostelworld house rules page as Moroccan hospitality laws are very strict and domestic tourism is not permitted in our hostel licence - your reservation will be cancelled if you fail to adhere to the legislation in Morocco. The hostel closes at 00:00, arrivals after 00:00 must be communicated in advance to ensure someone is available to open the door and do your checkin and late fees will be applied of 100 dhm per person for those who arrive then and payment is in local currency.
