the hostel POSADA DE LA ABUELA OBDULIA is a unique place in the area for its colonial construction, very well maintained since that time. Apart it has a very good location close to many tourist attractions, main square, main church, museums, restaurants and areas of common interest. The establishment also has a common kitchen, a smoking patio, and relaxation areas with a very good atmosphere.
The establishment is located in a very tourist sector with many restaurants, museums, squares, travel agencies, pubs, cafes, and the street of the witches will not be able to find a similar place in this area.
As for our services, the hostel offers Wi-Fi, hot showers with heating, bath towels, cable TV, an American breakfast buffet, laundry service with extra cost, tourist information throughout Bolivia and a very friendly and helpful staff. We have different types of rooms: single, double, matrimonial, triple, quadruple and the best all with private bathroom. For special events on request we can decorate the room according to the event that you ask us with or without extra charge.

Staff were friendly and is very clean and in a great location however, total false advertising as to what it offers. There is no smoking area, there is no nightclub nor is it is as social as was made out, and most importantly there isn’t a common kitchen for use which was the main reason I had booked this hostel. A huge disappointment to see none of the things that were advertised were true.

A beautiful hostel right near The Witches Markets. They have a breakfast service, same day laundry service, and the most perfect location. The rooms were perfect, the bathrooms clean, and showers hot! An amazing hostel!
