Note: December 22nd - Jan 2nd is the peak period in Dharamkot, Mcleodganj due to the festival season. We will be collecting a deposit to secure bookings during this period.

House Rules:
NO smoking in Room, but have smoking area.
We will make Pre-authorization Charge for the first night to Secure the booking.

Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 12:00 to 22:00 .
Check out from 08:00 to 10:00 .
Payment upon arrival by cash.
Taxes not included - 12%
Breakfast not included.
No curfew.
The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.

Do's & Don't 1) Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property. 2) Alcohol consumption is permitted at the premises as per property's discretion and local laws, please reach out to the property manager prior to arrival to confirm the same. 3) Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside into the rooms, Guests allowed only in cafes - common area. 4) No food and drinks allowed in the room. 5) Usage of cooking equipment inside rooms is strictly prohibited. 6) We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services. 7) We observe silent hours between 2200 Hours to 0700 Hours. Loud music, Loud talking in patio lobbies, dorms, outside of rooms will not be appreciated 8) In case of misbehavior or illegal practices, the property has a right to cancel your booking on spot without refund.
