Loved my 3-night stay at Bambu! Luis, the host, was incredibly kind and gave us lots of great recommendations. He only speaks Spanish, so communication might be a bit more challenging if you don’t speak the language. My friend and I stayed in a 2-beds dorm, which gave us a lot of privacy. Everything was clean, and there was a small kitchen with all the basics for cooking. The only thing to keep in mind is the steep hill to get there. It’s quite a workout, especially with luggage! Fuimos muy bien recibidos por Luis, el propietario, quien incluso nos llevó hasta la terminal de autobuses en un viaje a un pueblo vecino. Conversamos mucho con él y fue muy agradable. Su madre tiene una pequeña tienda donde prepara y vende Yuka, con carne o vegetariana, muy rica. El alojamiento es limpio, con cocina bien equipada. Hay muchos gatos adorables y el hostel está cerca del centro, ideal para pasear. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia en Bambu Hostel y volveríamos sin dudar!
