For guest who booked with the breakfast inclueded, orders will be recorded at the reception desk and staff will cook after receiving the order (No food or bread left overnight, you will be completely assured about the quality of breakfast because bread and vegetables are received by the kitchen team early in the morning) Also, we pay attention to vegetarian guests so you can Note if you are a vegetarian for breakfast

Ticket desk at reception for Kayak, Hot airballoon, Zipline, Tipsy Tubing, Blue lagoon, Nam Xay, Pha Nguean Viewpoint,.... If you choose not to go on a tour, the Receptionist will guide you on the cheapest and best way for your trip in Vang Vieng.

Some general rules for guests, private rooms and shared rooms will be posted at the door of each room so we encourage guests to read them to prevent any problems.

3. Cancellation policy: 1 day before arrival.
- In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

- Extra 3% bank fee is applied for credit card transactions & bank transaction

6. Quiet hours: Stop noise from 23:00pm to 07:00am.
7. No smoking in rooms, but designated area is provided.

By far the worst hostel I stayed at in Laos. Staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and showed zero empathy. My private room was extremely dirty: unwashed sheets with a strong damp smell, mold everywhere, AC and hot water not working. When I was sick with a high fever and asked to change rooms, they ignored me. The whole place is disgusting and neglected. Absolutely filthy and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs
