They overcharged. Instead of paying 244 pesos I ended paying 320 pesos. By adding a tax of Quintana Roo, that wasn’t described in any places online. I discover it at the recepción. And the payment made for the pre booking wasn’t discounted from the total amount to pay. After showing my email of Hostelworld explaining which amount correspond correctly to the due amount, the receptionist denied and declined all my requests. Asking to talk to a manager he explained me there was mon available and it would take days before I get an answer. Considering the situation, I decide to spent only one night at the hostel. The worst of my stay in Mexico!! The noise of 5th avenue made it impossible to sleep. The shower where cold, not like written in the description. Staff didn’t took the time to show me hotel and if you wanna use the kitchen on the rooftop, you have to discover it by yourself. The breakfast is at another place, you have to walk 2 streets from there to receive a plate with a bit of fruits and a coffee. I felt very badly welcome and I recommend you to go for other places that are way better than this hostel
