Cycling Across the Islands :-
Hop on a bicycle and explore the small village roads, coconut plantations, bridges, canals, and quiet corners of Munroe Island. Cycle through local neighbourhoods, stop by the backwaters, interact with villagers, and discover the slow rhythm of island life.

Fishing & Local Fisherman Life :-
Experience the traditional fishing culture of Munroe Island. Spend time around local fishermen, learn about their fishing methods and nets, hear their stories, and understand how generations of families have built their lives around the backwaters.

Local Toddy Experience :-
Discover Kerala's traditional toddy culture and learn how fresh toddy is tapped from coconut palms. Visit local spots and get a glimpse into a tradition that has been part of Kerala's village life for generations.

Kayaking Through the Backwaters :-
One of the best ways to experience Munroe Island is from the water. Paddle through narrow canals, underneath small bridges, past coconut trees and traditional homes, and through peaceful stretches of the backwaters that larger boats cannot reach.

SUP – Stand-Up Paddleboarding :-
Take a paddleboard onto the calm waters surrounding the island. Whether you're trying SUP for the first time or already experienced, it's a beautiful way to explore the backwaters while enjoying the scenery at your own pace.

Canoe Trips Through Island Villages :-
Travel through Munroe Island's narrow waterways in a traditional canoe. Pass through small island villages, local homes, fishing areas, mangroves, coconut plantations, and hidden canals while getting a closer look at everyday life along the water.
