Galaxy Pods @ Chinatown is a state of the art capsule hostel with futuristic space beds designed for optimum privacy.
Our pods are self contained with numerous features like personal TV, universal sockets, USB charging ports, dresser mirror, computer desk, reading lights, internal adjustable air conditioning and personal integrated touch screen control panel.

All pods come with lockable doors and electronic card access for security. Personal lockers are provided for small luggage. All capsules include fluffy towels, pillows, quilt, cotton sheets and memory foam mattresses. A 24 hour pantry is provided with hot/cold drinking water, coffee/tea & snacks.

Property Cancellation Policy details :
1) Cancellations :
Cannot be made within 48 hours of the booking date.
2) Penalty charge :
The penalty for canceling within 48 hours of arrival is the cost of the first night's stay.
3) Policy limitations :
Our property will not recognize any other type of cancellation policy.
Check-in from 14:00 onwards.
Check-out before 11.00 am
Reception working hours: 24 hours * 7 days.
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit & debit cards, Wechat Pay and Alipay.
This property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.
Taxes not included: 9% per sales tax.
Breakfast not included.
General:

No curfew
No pets allowed.
Child policy 3 to 8 years old can share in the private room free of charge. However child cannot share the single capsules with the adult. They can book a double capsule at full rate instead. No child below 3 years old.

Le Galaxy Pods @ Chinatown à Singapour bénéficie d'un emplacement fantastique, proche des transports. Les clients ont apprécié les pods spacieux et les autres voyageurs respectueux. Cependant, les avis récents soulignent des préoccupations concernant la propreté des salles de bain et les installations basiques. Les matelas fins étaient aussi un problème récurrent.

C’était vraiment très sale ! La salle de bain était le pire endroit. Rien n’était vraiment propre ou nettoyer le sol, les murs, les pods… les draps et les serviettes ça allaient. Le matelas était extrêmement fin, ça m’a fait mal au os de rester allonger dessus. J’avais l’impression de dormir sur une planche de bois et non pas sur un matelas. Le décors galaxy faisait en réalité très cheap. Nous sommes très déçu. Dommage car le personnel est sympa

Great location, close to the train station and easy to access. Pods were a lot bigger than we expected. All other guests were respectful and very quiet as requested by staff. The mattress was extremely thin and the hard plastic base was easy to feel underneath. The toilets/showers were also a bit of a shock, had all you needed but extremely basic with the shower head on the wall above the toilet.

Loved my pod, the location, and staff! The bathrooms were a bit messy and/or unclean, but I only stayed one night so I cannot speak to whether I caught it at a bad time or it's generally not the cleanest. Would stay again!
