Booked one night in a private room, but left shortly after due to the poor condition of the room. There was excessive black mould on the walls, no toilet paper and the overall vibe of the hostel felt off. We stayed the night at another hostel and returned in the morning to give back the keys (no reception staff after 9pm). Thankfully the lady at reception the next day was very kind and gave us a full refund.

Nice people running the hostel, to be fair i showed up late and left early so I really just needed a bed for a few hours but they were accommodating and sent me all the info so I would be set up to check in super late.
