Nice host, but not transparent. Listing shows central location near centaurus mall; actual place was outside Islamabad, far from center, costing extra taxi fare. Price: listing showed $17 for 2 nights (PKR2,350/night), i was charged PKR6000/night — even with dinner, it still doesn't explain the huge gap. This is really a homestay with his family, not a hostel — should be listed as such. Lastly, was asked to copy-paste a review rather than write my own. Nevertheless, host was nice and friendly.

Absolutely loved my stay at Nomads Hostel ! It feels more like a welcoming home than a hostel. The hosts are incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed, and it's a great place to chill out . Sarmad was an incredible host, always keen to show me the city,friendly and open to have any kind of conversation, very polite, location was 10/10, in a very safe area, next to restaurants and markets, the space is super comfortable with everything you need to stay either short or long term. He can give you city tours, landmarks such as the faisal mosque or Fatima jinnah, close to nature, trails, hikings. I fully recomend staying on this hostel .
