Hello and welcome, dear guests ! Please review and confirm your agreement with our house rules before booking. Thank you!
• Cancellation policy: 72 hours prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the first night of your stay will be charged.
• Check-in available only from 11AM–5PM. Please confirm your check-in time via WhatsApp or text after booking to ensure someone is available to let you in and hand over the keys. Self check-in is not available.
• Payment on arrival with cash only (Taxes included). Government photo ID required. Breakfast not included.
• Single Guest Only: This room is for one registered guest only. No additional guests allowed.
• No Visitors: Visitors are not permitted inside the house. Bookings will be cancelled without refund if this rule is broken. For security, a hidden camera is installed at the front porch to monitor entry.
• Kitchen Use: Light cooking only – no oil or butter frying, stir-frying, scrambling eggs, boiling or pan-frying raw meat and seafood. The oven and frying pans are not available. You may use the microwave, stove top, toaster, and kettle.
• Accessibility: If you use a wheelchair, please inform us before booking so we can try to arrange a room near the entrance.
• No Pets: Due to some guests being allergic to animal hair no animals of any kind are allowed (including service dogs).
• No Smoking or Noise: Smoking, drugs, excessive drinking, and loud music are not allowed.
• Bicycles: No indoor bicycle storage is available. Bikes may be parked in the front area only (not sides or backyard) and are your responsibility for loss or damage.
