Absolutely loved this place!!! An insane value for money. The staff could not of been kinder on reception, they even offered to bring the complimentary coca tea to the room when the water had boiled. The room gets chilly at night but they provided a surplus of blankets and the room was lovely, spacious, and clean. In an amazing part of Puno and would stay again in a heartbeat!!!

The location of this place was great - right in the centre of puno and a 20 min walk to the lake. reception seemed to be 24 hours and the staff were super nice and willing to google translate with us as we don’t speak a lot of spanish. We stayed in the two bed room so I don’t know what the dorm rooms would be like - the room was really cold and smelt very strongly of tobacco all the time. we had asked reception for an electric heater which is an extra charge but we never got it. wifi was good!
