Well... with that price (3 Times lower than others b&b), we have to be indulgent. It's a really simple room, not very clean and comfortable, but close to everything and big enough. I dont recommend for people who need comfort, for the others, and especially those with a small budget, it will be a good spot to stay and enjoy. (At carnaval, you just wont sleep, the bands cross the street behind with the soundsystems).

A pleasure to spend some days in the Pearl's Guest House. First the house is a beautiful historical construction, so peaceful. You travel just with that. Second the location : 10' from the transport center, 10' from the party center, 10' from the Savannah park. But in a quiet place, in front of a park. Then, the hosts were cool, they help me with everything I needed. The main problem is the lack of tools in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Not a lot of rooms so not many guests.

This place was filthy and the bottom floor was filled with unorganised stuff (rooms are on the top floor). No aircon. A lot of ants and wasps. Peter was helpfull; but when he booked a taxi for me to get the ferry it was half an hour late and I almost lost the ferry. I cannot imagine why this property has an overall 10 rating - must be an error in the system. I am definitely not going back.
