À mon arrivée, on m'a dit que l'hôtel était complet, alors que j'avais réservé une chambre quelques semaines auparavant. Ils m'ont donc accompagner dans une autre Riad "appartenant au même propriétaire". J'ai dû renégocier le prix de ma chambre, car évidemment ils voulaient que je paie plus cher. L'autre Riad n'était pas très propre ni très jolie. Les draps étaient sales. Bref, l'expérience a été plutôt ordinaire.

Really poor place to stay. When we arrived the staff weren't expecting us and couldn't find our booking on their side. No hostel vibes. Shouldn't really be on this website. Breakfast was poor, just coffee and bread. And to make things worse it was horrendously expensive compared to other hostels. Wouldn't stay here again.

We arrived and they were completely unaware of our booking. We had to wait a very long time to even be helped by reception while staff sat and socialised with a couple of guests who were clearly friends of the staff. They said they could prepare rooms for us but needed sometime. We went for dinner and came back an hour later and were locked out. Staff was just socialising on the roof and could not hear us. A guest finally let us in after about 20 min. There was a sugar cube in our bed.
