La Terrazza

La Terrazza is a small property with a big double room with private bathroom (no hot water) and a small kitchen and a wonderful view on the Bay of Mindelo.
We, and our paying guests together with us, support a project for the treatment and spaying/neutering of street animals (cats and dogs). More info about our project at www.simabo.org. NO ANIMALS AT THE PLACE. The animals named in the reviews moved to the new SIMABO's Backpackers' Guesthouse.
Bedlinen are provided. The property is situated in the town center, IN FRONT OF RESIDENCIAL SODADE (VERY IMPORTANT! taxi drivers don't know the names of the streets!!), 10 minutes on foot from the seaside, 15 minutes from the beach, also very near to the famous vegetable market and fish market. Breakfast not included. Laundry available on request. Internet access, minimarket, bar/restaurant in very close vicinity.
