L'emplacement est vraiment top, à proximité de tout, ce qui est le gros point fort de cet établissement. Cependant, j'ai été très déçue par la chambre privée : des taches jaunes sont visibles sur les murs et le plafond, et le lit est inconfortable. Côté calme, c'est impossible de dormir après 10h à cause du bruit des aspirateurs. Pire encore, dès 11h, le personnel de ménage crie « Check out » dans les couloirs. Très décevant pour le prix d'une chambre privée.

The negative feedback is both for the hostel Ruano and for hostelword: i made the reservation on hostelword website and paid. I went to the hostel and they said the hostel Ruano doesn’t cooperate with Hostelword and the reservation i had was toiletpaper. We were 4 and they had only 1 room available. 2 of us took that room and the other 2 had to find another place. The cost of the room we took was cheaper than the one on hostelword. Negative feedback for the website and the hostel itself.
