Our guesthouse is a building from the 1950s, renovated to preserve its original structure and the distinctive features of the modernist era. It offers a peaceful and welcoming environment in a prime area of the city.
Located near essential services and shops, such as pharmacies, supermarkets, and a private hospital, with several bus stops nearby, it provides easy access to everything you need.

The rooms are equipped with a desk and air conditioning, ensuring comfort and functionality. Some of our room options feature a balcony with a view of the city, and from our terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful glimpse of part of the Ria Formosa Natural Park.
It also features shared common areas, such as a kitchen and living room, both fully equipped to meet the needs of guests. In our garden, you will find various flowers and trees, mostly native and/or indigenous species, creating a harmonious environment with nature. Additionally, we have a small garden where, depending on the season, guests can enjoy fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbal teas, all readily available in our kitchens.

Greenth Avenue Policy and Conditions:

Free Cancellation Rate:
The customer can cancel free of charge up to 72hours before arrival. The deposit will be refunded to their payment card. And the refund of any amount charged by the property.
If the customer cancels after 72 hours or in case of a no-show, their reservation is non-refundable. The customer will be charged the total cost of their reservation.

Check in from 15:00 to 21:30 .
Check out from 00:00 to 11:00 .

Check-in (entering the property/room) can be done at any time, as long as you register online by 9.30 pm.

Online check-in and keyless entry (with codes) are only available.

Payment before arrival by credit and debit cards.

Please be aware that city tax will be added to your final bill. (2€ per person per night - March to October / 1€ per person per night November to February).
