Depending of the period of your booking you will be charged 50% in advance in order to secure your booking (non refundable), you may be contacted by the property requesting the CVV code of the credit card used for this booking or asked for a deposit.
This also applies if your booking is during a national holiday, New Year´s eve or Carnival.

Check out time is 12:00, and check in is 14:00, but if you arrive in the morning (from 07:30) and will stay a couple of days, no extra charge for the first half day!

Note: we do NOT accept any credit card, but there is a bank (ATM) near by, who serves all the major card holders.
