Each elegant unit has a fresh flower themed décor. The Beach House offers an apartment and double rooms with shared and private bathroom facilities. All units include a LCD cable TV.

Guests of the apartment can use the fully equipped kitchen to prepare their meals, and guests of the double rooms can use the shared kitchen. An honesty breakfast is served daily from 07:30 to 10:00, and barbecue facilities are available.

Surfing, biking and other water sports can be organised by the Cool and Sea Beach House’s staff. The solarium and hot tub are available for guests’ free use.

Both Aveiro and Porto city centre are 30 km away from Cool and Sea Beach House.
