L'Aia Residence

LAia, the name for the old threshing floor, is located in the Tuscan countryside, just one kilometre from Siena and four kilometres from the historical centre of Siena.

The grouping consists of six apartments and four individual rooms which are spaced around an open courtyard. All are housed in newly renovated farm buildings, with private bathrooms, satellite TV, air-conditioning, hairdryers and washing machines (only inside the apartment).

There is a regular bus service into nearby Siena, and a shop and pizzeria restaurant are within walking distance.

The breakfast is included only for the rooms with ensuite bathroom.
