Our second time to Santiago and we were SO glad to find this hostel. Dinner included was the best and a great way to meet people! The atmosphere isn’t too exciting The guy at reception was soooo nice and helpful, he’s the best! Good location, close to bus station. Amazing big rooms with good lockers and a nice bathroom. Overall, one of our favourite hostels in our 6 months of travelling and we recommend it to everyone.

Beds are comfortable but the metal bars /steps to access the top bunks are sore on the feet. I used a chair. Also rooms can get very hot. But there is a secure box above your head with charging units. The furniture in common areas needs to be updated as it's really shabby but not uncomfortable and some sockets don't work. Place is very clean with added bonus of basic ,but welcome, dinner included in the price. Common area is away from rooms so it's quiet. Stayed here twice and been very happy.

We really enjoyed our stay(s) at Aji Hostel, so much so that we came back - twice! All the offerings and facilities are adequate but the staff were great! Small safes with power outlets in them were a great addition to the dorm room we had. Their dinners included in the room price were also good for the budget-conscious traveller.

The place was not to bad, the beds were alright and it was nice that they made the beds and changed the sheets everyday for you. The food was not bad although the breakfast had to be made by you mostly but they had things out such as eggs that you could use to make stuff on the stove. They had a hot dinner every night but Fridays that was not great but not terrible, would recommend eating dinner out as it is not that expensive and the food that is served at the hostel is not very authentic.

Nice enough hostel. Could use a refresh which they seem to be working at. Breakfast with coffee AND dinner included. Which is a great value! Safe area with lots of art galleries around and easy walk to the metro or sights. Sheets are so soft on the beds.

The room was absolutely reeking of jobby, day in day out. Each room was baltic i caught a really bad cold they had a weird obsession with keeping the windows open so make sure you bring some ski gear to sleep in as youll need it (dress for everest) There is free breakfast and tea which is good, showers were ok too. If you can put up with the constant smell of jobby then look no further. Should be renamed jobby hostel.by the end i was grateful for my cold as i was unable to smell the jobby.
