The staff was very unfriendly and unaccommodating. Lights off at very early hours and early designated times for noise in common spaces

The location is very convenient, but the atmosphere was a bit off. It was quite cold and humid in the dorm and the light in the bathroom didn't work.

SCAM ALERT! I had stayed a couple days before my trek and returned after, they claimed I never paid for my previous nights when I returned but I knew that I had. They then proceeded to call the owner and the owner and another man yelled at me and got in my face harassing me to say I didn’t pay. Eventually my friend told them to check the cameras and after some push back they did, and guess what, I had paid…. All they said was disculpa after intimidating me for 40 minutes.
