We loved staying in Casa Campestre! It's on the main street, super close to the main area where the restaurants, markets and tourism agencies are. The kitchen has everything you need and the atmosphere is great. The receptionist Romina is the hostel's golden start!! She's a sweetheart, was very helpful with all the doubts and problems we had and someone we became friends with! Our only complaint would be about private room blinds, that don't completely block outside view of the room.

I LOVED this hostel. The atmosphere was so relaxed and the staff were beyond welcoming. Everything was clean, and even though it was chilly at night I slept really well and was warm in my bed. The hostel is on the main road of the town but a little farther out. This was no problem for us since it is still a short walk from the main plaza and bars and restaurants. I actually liked it because it was quiet and I was able to enjoy an afternoon laying on the hammock just relaxing.

Beautiful hostel with a super friendly staff. It's a little bit of a walk from town but it's quiet at night and well worth the walk. The showers had hot water but there was only 1 men's room and 1 women's room for everyone in the hostel to share. The bathrooms and rooms are extremely clean and the kitchen is huge. Overall loved staying here.

    Fabulous

Luckily my friends and I had a dorm to ourselves so didn't need lockers but they had none avalible so if we were staying with strangers I would be really worried about my belongings, also we were not given keys to the room which would have been more reassuring. Staff were amazing and friendly. Place was really cool. Bike rental was really cheap. Situated on the far end of the main street so was close to everything but wasn't noisy at night.

Pros: – Large kitchen and common spaces, easy to find a place to yourself – Numerous bathrooms, very clean – One of the staff members there was incredibly kind and very helpful when we booked tours with her – Overall a beautiful place to stay, really well put together Cons: – No security for personal items whatsoever – Far away from the centre of town – One of the staff was a little aggressive – Very expensive for a basic dorm room that is small and doesn't have enough sockets – Poor internet

They put a 7th bed in our 6 person room, which made things a very tight fit and a bit uncomfortable. In addition, their credit card machine was broken, meaning everyone had to pay in cash, but they also did not have any change, so we ended up having to pay exact change, necessitating multiple trips across town to the ATM. The rooms were fine but there was nowhere to lock anything up (no locks on doors to bedrooms and no lockers).

The wifi in this place is horrible. For a place like this it is unacceptable to have almost non existent wifi signal. When one is traveling, one needs wifi to book futures accommodations and tickets for buses, flights, etc. No lockers in the room. The ambience is very nice and the outdoor space. It has very spacious and we'll decorated interior and exterior spaces. If you don't need a wifi, stay here but for someone like me that needed it, nonexistent wifi is unacceptable.

Constant noise: people coming in late, people leaving early for tours. This is mostly due to the walls of the dorms being thin wooden boards that let all sounds go through. I had the kitchen next to my dorm and it was embarrassing to go and ask the people to lower their voice at 6am. So you just can’t sleep properly. The staff is also not bothered about much in this hostel and are careless.
