We’ve got free Wi-Fi so you can check out the area's can't-miss sights and add them to your agenda.

Getting to farther spots is no problem – we’re close to bus stops and Charing Cross train station is a 5-minute walk. From the airport, hop on the shuttle bus to Glasgow Central Station, then take the 16, 18 or 57 bus and get off at Berkeley Street.

It's a great place to stay in for a short trip as it is cheap and very friendly. I loved the atmosphere of people from different countries interacting with each other. It's great for young people and backpackers who are looking for a place to rest in for the night .

Hostal para Backpackers de verdad, limpio con una gran cocina. Algo separado del centro de la cuidad, pero si es verdad que estaba bien comunicado para llegar a todas partes, con varios metros cerca.

Awesome hostel! It's the definition of hostel! Don't expect super fancy facilities or fake people, the facilities are great for what you pay for. And the atmosphere is priceless! Do get talking to Todd and Michelle, they're really cool people 😁

There was a hell of a lot of mould in one of the bathrooms; the shower curtain was completely covered. Staff were nice

Staff were really cool but the security was non-existent and it was not the cleanest of hostels. However, if you just want a cheap place with a nice bed and good vibes and music then this is perfect for you

    Good

Location was a fair way out of Glasgow (about 30 mins to city centre) however there was a nearby supermarket. Kitchen was good with enough utensils. Staff friendly and helpful. No credit card machine available. The age limit was not enforced and we felt uncomfortable having an elderly man consistently trying to ask information about our lives. Security very good and facilities okay. Very unclean however. The bedroom was not once swept and my bed had weird stains on the sheets. Showers gross.

Out of all the places we stayed during our two week 7 city vacation, this was the only hostel that left me feeling uneasy. The room was dirty and old. The ceiling had a giant moldy water spot. If I had planned on more than one night, I would have switched hostels. I left the next morning with a sinus headache and a sore throat. Just needs a good scrubbing and fresh coat of paint.

Mould in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Filthy stairs to both levels. Wifi didn’t work in the rooms. Water spilled out from shower by past users frequently into the common bathroom area. A long walk to most attractions.
