The overall hostel was clean, but had an issue where the aircon leaked all over my bed and they couldn’t offer me a new bed or sheets. They just put a towel down. Then couldn’t use the aircon for the night either - ended up switching spots. Hostel also has a weird vibe - a lot of families/kids - not social.

Best with this price, walkable to the bus station to the airport and most attractions. Bedroom has AC, which is awesome. But note that there is no locker in the room, and some bathrooms don't have a mirror.

Hostelworld says

Dioskouros is in the ideal location in Athens, surrounded by museums and traditional taverns, next to the Temple of Olympian Zeus and the Acropolis. Hostelworld guests tell us this is a "very safe and secure neighbourhood"; they've also said this hostel has a quiet and friendly atmosphere and value for money. Their great staff offer air conditioning and free pancake breakfasts. We particularly like their cats.
