Perfect location, breakfast is simple but good. Facilities were under renovation, big potential for a nice common area. The staff is excellent, very helpful, please give Kristina an award, she goes the extra mile.

Great position and great staff. I was actually there twice with my girlfriend in a private double room, first at the beginning of our trip and then at the end. Was nice to see that they are working to make it even better. Definitely recommended!

Good area, my corridor smelt strongly of cat pee which did waft in! Specific laundry coins needed which hostel can not supply, go get that change. No where to store bag if you check in early/stay after check out. Lockers just fit essentials.

Overall - not bad option for the value. I paid for a private room, which I got except that the bed was wildly uncomfortable AND my room was right near reception. With the walls paper thin, I could hear everything. So not great, BUT I was grateful for a safe, clean place to stay in Plaka. It was incredibly close and central to everything I wanted and needed to see. I would recommend, but bring ear plugs and shower shoes even if you get a private room!

I only stayed one night however I wasn't too impressed. The beds were springy and uncomfortable and the bathroom was very basic. However the 'breakfast' was the most disappointing. Some slices of bread with only chocolate spread, butter or one jam for topping and room temperature milk with cornflakes ... I wouldn't recommend staying here as there are lots of other options in Athens. The staff were very friendly though. :)

The building had an ongoing renovation. That included a worker one morning looking into our bedroom, making a horrible noise with his machine. Breakfast was a joke: dry bread, lowest quality marmalade, and peenut cream. As a couple we had a a room that looked like a prison cell next to the bathroom that had a really busy traffic all night. Wifi doesnt reach up to the higher levels. Renovation debree and furnitures everywhere in the building. Staff and the cats are kind dough. Only for students.

Unfortunately I wouldn't really recommend this place. Did not get what I pay for. No functional wifi, no common room, lack of atmosphere and really dirty and shabby. Noisy work just outside that started from 8 AM every morning (even in weekends). The staff is nice though and the location is good. But yeah, just go somewhere else.
