Summary of traveller reviews

Athens Hub Hostel in Athens offers a fantastic stay with its prime location, modern and exceptionally clean facilities, and comfortable beds with privacy curtains. Staff are consistently praised for being friendly and helpful. It's ideal for travellers seeking a central base for exploring the city, though some note it's less of a party hostel and more suited for a relaxed atmosphere.

Great location and great staff. All the facilities are updated and very clean. However, walls are very thin and noise travels very easily throughout the hostel as the bar/cafe is not closed off from the rest. Furthermore, one night there was a group of about 10-15 young students (say maybe 12-14 yo?) running around and yelling, on a school trip, which is very unusual in my experience in hostels. The beds are also metal so quite loud any time someone is packing up or moving around. Overall good!

Large, spacious, and clean rooms, with a strong, freezing air conditioner during a heatwave in Athens. Clean toilets and showers. I arrived late at 2:00 AM after a delayed flight - there was a quick email response within minutes acknowledging my delay and letting me know they were waiting for me. Carlos at the reception was lovely and friendly; he helped me with my bag, showed me the room and the relevant areas of the hostel, and immediately made me feel at ease.
