Great location for everything, from getting to local buses to other buses and the train station, etc. Could walk to all the attractions like the Harbor and Museums. The Staff was truly exceptional. Close to outside eateries, as well as 'grocery' outlets fot cooking in the hostel!! Will definitely return to this hostel and - Dundee! A great little town, and has 'seasonal' things to continue to visit to do!! Can also store a suitcase to take a trip. Thanks to all!!

This is my 3rd time stayig at the hostel. I do think it is a great pity that some visitors do not tidy up after themselves at night so that in the morning early risers have to be faced with debris of food and dishes are left in the sink. This is really off putting to using the kitchen at all. Also it is so selfish to expect staff to clean up after others and shoud not be part of their job spec.

Just what I wanted. And it lived up to expectation. Towels and complimentary coffee/tea/milk. Quiet too for such a central location at a Saturday night.

The location of the hostel was great! And it was so much bigger than we thought, it was like maze! The hostel has so much to offer: reading room, gaming room, tv room, really great, it was so much fun to just explore the rooms ^^ And it had everything we needed :) Would recommend a 100% for a short stay in dundee ;-)

I enjoyed my stay there. The location is great, the hostel is close to either the bus or train stations. The kitchen is good but could use some new pans. Rooms are spacious compared to most hostels. The building has an interesting history and was constructed in 1560. I would stay there again.

Amazing organization with a lot of communal rooms and everything was very clean. The kitchen is very well furnished. A small negative comment: lockers need a big lockpad or the door doesn't close. But really nice stay.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Kitchen facilities were OK, some appliances (incl pots & pans) could do with replacing. Bathrooms are OK but shower stalls ate very small & could do with more shelving / hooks.

Like all old buildings this one felt a little run down, the bathrooms were really cold and the kitchen needed a bit of a revamp. Otherwise really friendly staff, in a great spot and good value
