I really enjoyed staying at this hostel, the staff were very friendly and the room was large and clean. It was quiet at night and the roof terrace was very nice, when they finish renovations it will be really lovely.

Good location and a friendly staff. Was only here for one night, but I imagine that it would be a great stay for even longer. Clean and great kitchen area. I would stay here again for sure.

My sister and I had the loveliest time at El Granado! Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel at home. There were exceptional family meals every night and a wonderful range of daily activities including tapas crawls, tours up to the miradors and wholesome activities for nights in the hostel. Big thank you to Mario and Francesco at El Granado for showing us around beautiful Granada and making our trip amazing!

Very central and easy to get to, the staff are very nice and helpful. The hostel is designed to help guests meet, and the common areas are very friendly and homey. The rooms are comfy and washrooms are clean, they also have a small kitchenette.

The staff is so friendly and helpful! The rooms are very well designed and the heat is fantastic (I've been to other hostels in the south of spain in the winter that are freezing because nothing is designed for the cold). The atmosphere is great and people often talk to each other and making friends comes very naturally. Highly recommend! Also, sidenote - I was there in the off season and when there was a blackout and construction going on, but they were very conscientious.

Lovely familiar hostel with a great common room and clean rooms. Most nights there is something going on like sangria nights or tapas tours. As there are current constructions at the hostel, it was sometimes a bit loud. However, would always come back!

Terrific location, nice rooms, comfy beds. There wasn’t any hot water in the showers while we were there, but otherwise the facilities were nice and it was a lovely trip overall. The breakfast option was clutch as well.

Good clean hostel close to everything. Only stayed one night to checkout Alhambra. Reception staff was nice enough. ‘Free’ city walking tour and dinner doesn’t happen if enough people don’t sign up though.

I had an awkward experience in this hostel. Everything and everyone just felt stiff. It was in a great location though and easy to get everywhere from.

i stayed in athe female dorm downstairs, and the bathroom ceiling was full of mold which got me really sick :/ many other people staying/working there were also more or less sick, and maybe with the construction work they had going on it'll get better. but i can only say if you've ever had problems with black mold/damp air/have asthma it's not a good place to stay in.
